Abdullah Ali Al-Sanussi Al-Darrat, journalist and writer, was arrested on 1973.
No known sentence has been pronounced.
Enquiries made have not yet led to the discovery of his place of detention, nor any information about his health conditions. All enquiries made to the Libyan authorities have been without response.
Born in the 1940s in Benghazi, he is the journalist who has been imprisoned longest in the world. Many observers think that he is now dead.
